In 2009, Lenora decided to pivot from the stewardship of her family-run business of 30 years to specializing in Sonoma County real estate. She wants her real estate business to reflect her values: to be fully engaged, manage all details and build lasting relationships on trust, honesty and integrity.

For her sellers, Lenora understands each property has a unique story to tell. She is an expert at working with inspectors, stagers and contractors to deliver a seamless experience by preparing your home to appeal to a wide range of buyers. Lenora constantly tracks your local area sales data – its current state and where it's heading – and then acts on that knowledge to assist sellers in positioning their home at the highest market value possible. With her expert team of assistants, Lenora launches a wide-scale marketing campaign that includes innovative digital and print media to maximize exposure, generate interest and bring qualified buyers through the door. Lenora is available every step of the way to help her sellers from negotiations of the sale to overseeing detailed timelines of action items on the contract to the ultimate goal of delivering a successful close of escrow for the seller.

With her husband of 42 years, Lenora makes it a priority to carve out time for her family, her family of friends and her dogs. With three adult children and their partners, family and friend dinners, outdoor sports, exploring Sonoma County and following the Giants, Cal and SRJC soccer games each season, a "good time" is always part of the plan!
